Yolo Federal Credit Union

Situated in downtown Davis and immediately adjacent to the City’s historic district, this LEED Silver certified mixed-use building consists of ground floor retail and second floor office space.

The design contemporizes a historic railroad circa structure with a pronounced, two-story entrance that anchors the building to one of the downtown’s major intersections. The massing and articulation encourages pedestrian uses along the streets, and contextual materials of brick and metal are expressed simply in a highly detailed facade.
