The LPAS Interiors group developed a high-end office environment for USBC America’s call center within a 4-story office building, also designed by LPAS.
The tenant improvement spans half of the fourth floor, offering sweeping views of Miwok Park. Strategic use of glazing throughout the space allows for natural light to emanate throughout the office. Interior finishes and furniture were selected for their aesthetics in creating a polished, corporate appearance without compromising the budget.
