Located at 222 W. 6th Street, this 12-story adaptive reuse project repurposes an existing office tower into a multifamily community with panoramic Pacific Ocean views and a range of unit types. The design scope includes interiors for lobby, co-working, fitness, and amenity spaces, residential units, and enhancements to the exterior entry to unify the building’s public and private realms. As the project advances through design, Tower 222 positions itself as a thoughtful conversion that brings contemporary living to a historic urban setting while strengthening connections to San Pedro’s revitalizing downtown and waterfront context.
