This Design-Build project relocates the existing CHP Truckee facility to a 5.4 acre lot bound by Pioneer Trail Road, Donner Pass Road and Highway 80 to the south.
The new facility is designed and built to Essential Service Act (ESA) standards. Features include executive offices, communications tower, auto service center, vehicle fueling area, carports, waste storage building, radio vault building, and generator yard.
The development involved adaptive reuse of existing structures alongside the construction of a new, high-security emergency operations building
