Ansel Park Senior Living is a unique new retirement living concept where health, wellness and adventure unite. The new 3-story facility will help meet the growing demand of senior housing for elderly parents that are relocating into the suburbs and near their families.
LPAS is the executive architect for a pre-developed design that required modifications to accommodate California building codes. Independent living apartments are in one building, while assisted living units and memory care are in an adjacent building. Amenities feature a fitness facility, game room, community lounges, dining rooms and outdoor patios and courtyards.
